Ataoğlu Raf Sistemleri manufactures all of its products in-house, on a fully integrated production line running from raw steel coil to finished product. Our multi-station roll-forming lines convert raw steel coil into the desired profile section in a single pass, shaping perforated uprights and beams with high precision.
Connector and support parts are stamped on die presses, with every batch undergoing dimensional and load-strength inspection after production. This ensures that every component of our racking systems is fully compatible and manufactured to a repeatable standard of quality.
Our high-capacity production infrastructure allows us to mass-produce standard product lines while also responding quickly to project-specific size and capacity requirements. All finished parts are given a long service life through hot-dip galvanized or electrostatic powder-coated finishing, as requested.
